A quick story about me:
My name is Lisa Akoury-Ross. I am a 20-year veteran in the book-making and publishing industries. I grew up in a family business that provides full publication services for some of the largest publishers in the world. Specializing full project management including working with authors, providing copy editing & proofreading services, custom cover & interior design, and preparing printer-ready files, we provide all the tools necessary to get a book professionally edited, designed and published.
Shortly after publishing my own work—a unique Mediterranean cookbook entitled, "New American Cuisine for Today's Family: Fresh Ideas to Prepare Healthy Mediterranean Meals in Under 30 Minutes" (ISBN 13: 978-0-9824461-1-9), I realized I could help other authors (new and seasoned) self-publish their work quickly and cost-effectively.
